Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
It should also be on the mail BT sent to you, confirming your order.
Otherwise try billing live chat team
Yeah, I gave them that reference but it starts with VOL, no AJM/BTC ref in site unfortunately!
I contacted the Billing team via quick chat they advised me to contact QuidCo... contacted QuidCo was told BT have the REF and they were unable to provide it... 🙂
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
There can be issues if your original order was changed, for any reason.
Hi. I can see this has been asked many times before but haven't found a solution.
Topcashback are asking for my AJM/BTCOM REFERENCE which doesn't exist on any of the information I have been given. I have checked my confirmation email and the order in My BT but all I can see is a VOL number.
Can anyone help please?
Hi @nashmills thanks for posting about your order ref. The ref is usually on the email sent on the day of activation of your service. If you checked and can't see it there you can try the Billing Live Chat Team if you are in a hurry or if you are able to wait a few days reply to my Private Message and one of the Mod team will be in touch next week.
