That must be what has happened then as 100% I went through TopCashback. How infuriating... 

How on earth was I supposed to know that? I probably wouldn't have joined BT if it wasn't for the cashback.

Yeah, it's very frustrating if it's a large amount.

Most cashback sites have it hidden away in their FAQs when they should really tell you when setting up your account.
