ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

How do I actually get in touch with BT agents?
I've been calling for 7 days and requesting ring backs but getting nowhere.
Can't use online as I'm still waiting for my broadband to be connected!!!!! Worst customer service ever

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
