I cancelled my account with BT in December when I moved from the property. I was told it would be officially cancelled on the 4th January 2016 (which was the official move in date to my new property). I have since been told that no one actually cancelled the account til mid February and have been saddled with a bill for over £80. I have been told 3 times that this would be sorted out and I'm yet to get an answer and an amended final bill. I'm absolutely sick of calling and being passed from pillar to post and having to explain the situation over and over again, this is a last ditch attempt to get some help.
