How much notice do you have to give BT to cancel a Broadband and landline contract. My contract expires in August but my on line saver end in November ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Are you cancelling or are you moving to another provider.
If you are cancelling and not moving to another provider you will need to give 30 days notice but you will be hit with cancellation fees if you are still in contract.
If moving to another provider you need to give 14 days notice however the new provider should do that for you.
Again if you are still in contract you will be hit with cancellation fees.

You can not cancel the landline saver and you will not get a refund for any remaining months.

I stand corrected. BT must have changed their policy on that. It was the case that it was non refundable.
