Account Error

Today I checked my bill online , and it appears Ive been charged twice £9.99 for postage etc, for new box.

I paid this £9.99 on the 27/10/2020 on my credit card to BT Sales 2  Durham, as this option was availible.

Would it be possible to check this ,also any contact numbers or email ,thanks.

The charge will show on your bill, look further down and the £9.99 payment should also show.
It might seem confusing but the charge added and payment received is confirmation that you paid.

If you total up the charges it should work out correct.

Ive gone through the bill,that £9.99 has been added to my total monthly bill.

Account Charges...£9.99

BT one off charge ...30 Oct, no minus mark used.

I need to contact your Account centre..
