I'm completely new to BT. I want to buy myself new BT WIFI and a BT TV Box with both BT Sport and Sky Sports on the package with no Ariel and no engineer help. But right now I cannot get anywhere because to even login or create a BT ID to order all this, I need a BT Account Number. The issue is I can't make one nor find it. They say the number is on a bill they have sent before. But I'm a completely brand new member so what bill...? So the question is how on earth can I get my hands on my own personal BT Account Number?
