I have got a fault with my fibre broadband and when I reported it the agent asked for my
address and said it was wrong. It’s the same postcode as mine.
bt have sent me a mini hub and that went to the wrong address, I had to
go and collect it.
if I go into my bt / billing account my address is correct.
so I don’t know why my address is wrong with open reach and any
post I get form bt

is it possible to get the mods to check my address what’s on the bt system,
I told the agent over the phone it was incorrect and they said they would
get it changed, I have also reported this issue before in June 2020 .
I have checked on the Royal Mail address finder and my address is
correct on there.
