I changed my account a long time ago to use my personal email address rather than my work one. I still get billing alerts to the old one. I'm retiring for Openreach soon and would like to sort this out as the email address will be deleted. My personal details on MyBT all show the correct address so unsure where the old one is coming from (I gift my RES Offical to my husband at the same address so not sure if this has anythig to do with it). I've tried ringing BT but can't seem to find the correct option on the phone menu.
