Account closed - credit due

Hi, my phonline with BT was switched to plusnet on 21st August,

 

I have received my final bill which indicates that I am in credit by just over £90 and that the excess will be paid back to me directly into the bank account used to pay the monthly direct debit.

 

My direct debit was normally taken on the 7th of each month and although no payment was taken on 7th September, neither has the refund been made.

 

My question is when should I expect the refund to be made? I was hoping that it would be on the DD due date and that I would therefore be able to cancel the DD as of now. Just wondered how long this process normally takes?
