I appear to have an issue with my email address being connected to old account numbers. This is because my account's were closed and a new one started when I renewed last year. It does of course mean that when I log in I can't see my bills.
Weirdly the My BT app seems to pick up the new account - but is buggy when trying to query back bills etc.
How do I get this sorted? Do I have to go through the phone lines or can it be done by anyone on here?
