Can anyone tell me in which section of my account on BT's website I can find my details ?
I'm trying to see what plan I'm on, for how long and when my contract expires but I can't find this stuff anywhere.

You need to log onto your MyBT which will have the details you want with the exception of how long your minimum term runs for. You can phone 0800.800.030 and the adviser will be able to tell you.
