My account details when I log in show my first name (and all other details) as being correct; my name is Ciaran.
However, I have recently changed some items on the tv package I have, and the confirmation email (obviously sent to the correct email address) was addressed to ‘Keiran’
I recall seeing this as my first name on the occasional pieces of post I have received from BT, which had prompted me to make sure my details were correct in my online account. (I assume the reason for the mistake is the result of a phone conversation at some point, and somebody entering it incorrectly on the system.)
It doesn’t seem to have caused any problems, but it does concern me that my name is wrong somewhere on the BT system, and I’d really like to correct it.
Speak with the billing team, they can amend typo's if required.
