Account is bugged. I cannot view bills.

hello
my bt account is entirely broken, and has been for over a year.

i get emails telling me my bill is ready but when i log in to check them the page always says "sorry, we cant get your account details at the moment" and does not let me see my bill (even though i am logged in).

it also does not let me perform other account actions, even though i am logged in.
It shows my BT ID as being blank. I cannot even contact BT for help from the website because the contact-us button does't do anything.
my account is clearly bugged in some way,
Please fix this as i wish to change my plan and i cannot do it while my account is broken.

Re: Account is bugged. I cannot view bills.

your post does not go to BT as this is a customer help customer forum

try phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help

I was literally directed here by BT to ask this.

Re: Account is bugged. I cannot view bills.

Good afternoon @Evie2.

Welcome to the BT Community Forums!

As @imjolly highlighted, our forums are largely designed for customer to customer help and troubleshooting, but we do have employees active to monitor posts and feed things back when necessary.

We don't have the option to access your account directly though this platform though, and it's not something our Guides should be recommending as an alternative for these kind of queries.

I appreciate this has been ongoing for quite a while, so my recommendation here would be to get this raised as an official complaint.

This is our highest point of escalation, and our dedicated team will make sure we've looked at every option we can to get this resolved as outlined in our complaints code of practice.
