Account issues

Hello there,

Im hoping someone can help me. When I place an order on the BT.com website I’m told I don’t have a BT phone line when obviously I do. I’m trying to add BT Sport to my add-ons. Has anyone else come across this and can anyone help with a solution?

Hi @Wendy12, when in MyBT if you click on Your Products then Landline is the telephone number correct?
