Account linked to MyBT

I've got 2 accounts linked to MyBT, one which i've just set up for myself and an another which is from when i was flat sharing (the account isnt registered to me but still shows up). Is there any way to remove the account from my MyBT but without canceling the account as it is still in use?

I'm just popping back on here to let you know that I have removed the old account from your MyBT profile at your request so everything is sorted now

I have same issue.....FAO MODS @JohnC2

Saw a ref to this on forum where it said contact mods to remove old account info.

(edited by mod) is my online login ID for MyBT

It shows a/c (edited by mod) this is my landline, infinity and BTmobile combined a/c now so can you remove any other drop down options please.

Old a/c for the old mobile now defunct and when i log in it defaults to it...so annoying, can you remove ref to (edited by mod)

Please edit out both account numbers and BT ID, as this is a public forum and these are personal to you. You are opening yourself up to fraud.
