Account refund

Evening all.

I received a letter around a month ago stating that I was due a substantial refund from BT from my old account.

It stated in the letter that the money would be payed directly back into my account. I have not yet received anything, is there any way of checking the progress of this? I have my old account number and the letter.

You need to phone CS on 150 and then billing
