My contract ended on September 2024. I called a month prior to cancel as I moved to Australia. I’m still being billed. Overseas calling hasn’t worked and has been costing a lot just to be waiting on a customer service rep. The online chat on BT doesn’t work as well despite being on opening hours. To BT, I’m still being billed and my account hasn’t been cancelled. Please help BT. This was the only option for me to relay a message.
