Activation code for Mastercard

When do you receive the activation code for the MasterCard, I’ve had it a couple of days now

Hi @Grimesl,

If you take a look at Information about the BT Reward Card

You should receive an email with all your activation details. If you haven't received your email, check your spam folder as it could have been sent there my mistake.

  • To activate the card, visit www.purecard.com >
  • Enter your activation code and nine digit card ID - you'll find this on the bottom of the card
  • Once you've activated the card we'll send out your PIN. That's it, time to go shopping.

My wife has the same problem. Been on the Purecard website and they said they would resend the activation code, but nothing yet.

Hi I know this was posted a few months ago but I’m having the same problem. Just get advised it may be in my spam folder (it isn’t) and have also selected the “resend” option twice but it still hasn’t come through.

Would really like to be able to use it soon for Christmas present shopping so please can somebody assist?

Hi, I received my card logged on to Purecards web site and kept going round in circles on the site. Could not get activation code. 

Contacted their help line to be faced with auto voice options.  This never worked on several occasions. I tried again and my mobile could no longer make contact (Like it was blocked) to the help line.

Used my wife's phone and went to option 5. I just waited on the line until the automated service got fed up with me and passed me to an advisor. It was all sorted within 5 minutes. Hope this helps someone, I hate that feeling that I may have been turned over...
