We just moved to a new flat and found out that it already has a BT fibre connection set up. I wanted to place an order for Full Fibre 100 but got confused with the activation fee, which is an additional 31 pounds. Can we avoid those if we already have BT set up or is it something different? Also how much time does it usually take for BT Full Fibre 100 to be fully up and working? Thank you.
Its to cover the cost of building the network configuration, which is personal to each customer. BT also have to send a BT Smart Hub 2.
You will be given an activation date when you place your order.
It's not really an activation fee, just another charge. If you check all the packages, some have it waived.
You'll be given an activation date when you book.
Have you any idea how ******* annoying it is to be half way through replying to a post when it disappears because of your obsession with moving things?
Copy your post to the clipboard before you post, then its easy to repost it.
Keeping posts on the appropriate board is important, otherwise it will end up the same as the EE forum.
You clearly have no idea what happens. There is no opportunity to copy it, the post simply disappears.
The "importance" matters to no one but you, but even so, you could do it daily when the forum's quiet if you must.
I'm done...
