I've recently received my Reward Card and put it straight into my wallet to activate later.
Unfortunately, the paper strip at the back of the card containing my code has been scratched away whilst sitting in my wallet, meaning I can't activate the card.
Who do I speak to to resolve this?

I'm sorry your BT Reward Card has been damaged. The Reward Cards are issued by Pure Card and you can contact them directly to request a replacement Card.
