How do I add my partner to the BT account so an agent will speak to him? We are having issues with our broadband, my partner wants to speak to BT and complain, and get it sorted, but he isn't on the account so no-one will talk to him about the issues and I'm clueless... please can someone assist?

Log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Details" then "account details", Scroll down to "Account Sharing" then click on "Invite new account manager" and follow the prompts.
