My service was activated on 10th October, I received an e-mail to inform me that I would be receiving a code via e-mail to claim my free Amazon Echo within 14 days of activation.
I contacted about Live help on Friday 23rd November regarding this & was given the following response;

O.K that's fine, the e-mail seems to indicate up to 14 days but i'm happy

After finishing the Live Chat I realised Friday was already 44 days since my activation date, so my confidence in the "No worries it's all good" statement immediately changed from low to none whatsoever, so any assistance I can get here would be much appreciated.

14 days have to pass before you can claim, but in your case, it would appear that that period has elapsed.
