as I can see from the posts on here I am not the first to ask this - our new deal started on 15th Feb 2020 and we have still not received the Amazon Echo we were expecting. Reading other posts it seems as if I should have received a verification email or similar. I have no emails notifying me of the upgrade but I can see the order on MyBT. Can you please follow this up ?
