Why does it need to be investigated? I placed my order within the window for the offer so why can’t it just be sent to me, as per my contract with BT?

Thanks for posting back.

We will get to you as soon as we can as deal with cases strictly in turn as we receive them.  We're a little behind at the moment to be honest.

We need your details as this does need to be investigated.  We simply wouldn't be able to give the the correct advice without seeing the order details/listening to the call.
