Thanks but a simple glance at the order will show you I placed the order online several days before the Amazon Echo offer expired. The Ech was due on 20th December and it’s now 11th January

Because you had to phone to complete the order, then normally you would not have been eligible, that is why of the moderators has to make a check, before they can chase it up.

You just have to wait your turn, they are a good team, and take personal ownership.

Thanks but it wasn’t my choice to complete by phone, and I wasn’t advised by the phone operator that this might impact things. tbh I’ve waited 22 days already so I think I’m being patient!
