Amazon Prime membership code missing

Hello, Our package went live on 1st April 2019, and I received the link to get my Amazon Prime code on 16th April 2019. I have attempted to get our code for quite some time, entering my details a number of times. Can someone please contact me to get this resolved? I am very keen to get this resolved soon.

Welcome to this user forum. @Kfisher123 

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

Hi @Kfisher123 many thanks for sending over your details, I've raised a complaint with the gift team and will get back to you as soon as they update me. They aim to reply within 5 days but hopefully it won't take that long.
