Ok. Somebody just called me and gave me my voucher code. But when i use it at checkout it doesn't work: it says this:
"Sorry, this coupon code can’t be used on this order. Please check the terms and conditions to ensure your order qualifies, if your order does qualify it may be that the maximum number of redemptions have already been reached. Please note some coupons are customer specific and can only be used by the person they were issued to."
I figured it out. I was not selecting the right product. Thanks everyone for your help and time.
I signed up 28th September for the BB and TV £31.99 I still haven't received the email comfirmation with regards to the Amazon echo, my services where activated on the 12th October but I had to wait a further week for an aerial to be installed as I live in rented accommodation and had to get confirmation from my landlord.
Just to confirm I have the correct package it states that after the 18 months it will increase to £52.49 on my bill.
I am just curious as to when I will or should expect the email with regards claiming?
I received a pin and wondered what this is for?
