Amazon echo and reward card

I switched to BT with my account being active in 14/3/19, I have received no email or correspondence about the echo or rewards card that was included in the deal, can by advise please

What date did you place your order?

Was this the "Free Tech In March" offer, if so, then.

Once the cooling off period has passed (14 days after the activation date), you'll receive an email with a code to claim your free gift.

Once you have received your code, you can select your free gift from the BT Shop here - https://shop.bt.com/other-pages/bt-customer-offers/bt-broadband-march-2019-offer/

The reward card has to be claimed.

My account was active 14/3 so I’m now 6weeks into my contract and heard nothing, I haven’t received any email either

@Porky911 Thanks for sending over your details, I've raised a complaint with our gift team to get this investigated, they normally reply within 5 working days and as soon as I have an update I'll give you a call.
