Amazon echo email

Hi, 

     I purchased my fibre broadband on the 3rd October and it was installed on the 17th October and I still havnt recieved my email with ther link and voucher code to claim my Amazon echo.

I telephoned customer services on 0800 679 849 who tried to help but were undure how to resovle this or who to contact to get my code.

Hi @can35 sorry you have not received the email with your code for the Echo. This should be with you just after 14 days have passed from your services been activated.

We will be happy to help you with this if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

@RobbieMac is out of the office at the moment and I've picked up your case on his behalf. I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you today.

I've spoken to my colleagues in the BT Shop and they've place the order for your Amazon Echo. They will send a confirmation to your email address once the order has been placed. I'll follow up with you at the end of the week to make sure everything has been sorted.
