My broadband went active on 14th dec. when can I expect to get the email allowing me to claim my Amazon Echo.
It should be 14 days after your service was activated.
Have you checked to see if the email has gone into the spam folder by mistake?

Hi @Bogus1 The Amazon Echo is being processed for you. The offer you took up does not require you to receive a code and place the order for the Echo. Instead your details are passed to the BT Shop and they process the order for you. You should receive an email from the BT Shop in the next few days to confirm dispatch of the order. I'll keep the case open for a few more days to allow time to receive your Echo.
