I signed up for Broadband back in July through Uswitch (I believe). I went onto their website for instructions on how to claim but they are leading me back to my BT account and it's showing that I have no rewards to claim. Can a Moderator please look into this for me please as the gift card is ideal for Christmas. I feel like I'm just getting past from pillar to post. Surely someone from Customer Services can see how I signed up and for what offer. Thanks
