Amazon prime - free code not received

I signed up to BT broadband last month - activated on 4 Feb, where i recevied a year of Amazon prime

I have received an email, and reminder email asking me to enter my details to receive the Amazon code (on 15th Feb).   When I entered my details it said I should receive the code for amazon prime within a couple of days, but nothing code has been sent.  I have tried calling a number of times, but they dont seem to be able to help me.      Can you help please?

Reward card

I’ve recently taken out an infinity package and was advised on the telephone when placing the order that my reward card would be sent to my home address 30 days after the installlation has been completed. I’ve been unable to chase this up until now due personal circumstances. What do you need to do if the card doesn’t arrive? It’s been 3.5 months....

Orders placed over the phone, do not qualify for reward cards.

Did the sales adviser promise that a reward card would be sent, as all calls are recorded?

Hi @AnnaJoiner Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. What @Keith_Beddoe says is correct and a Reward Card would not be available for orders placed over the phone. Post back and let us know what if this was promised.

I placed the order over the internet. We discussed the reward card over the phone and I was told only available online, so I placed online. My issue is I wasn’t told I had to log in to claim a reward, and due to unfortunate circumstances I was unable to look into this until now. I was patiently waiting for the reward card to arrive! My account now shows my reward expired a week ago.

Can you confirm the first 3 letters of your order reference they should be AJM?

You will receive the Amazon Prime service code within 28 days from the date your broadband service went active.

Amazon prime reward

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right area, I am having issues claiming my Amazon prime code I have followed the email link twice and no code, my services have been active for more than 28 days so I'm bit confused, I have seen others also having this problem so is it being looked into?
