I signed up to BT back in October and was told I would receive Amazon prime free for 12.months. I never received any confirmation to confirm how and when I would get the detailed other than what the agent told me during sign up. How do I go about getting this resolved?

Sorry that you haven't received the code to redeem your Amazon Prime subscription. That's a long time having to wait since October and still not receiving any update. You can get in touch with us and we will check this out.
