Amazon refer a friend £50 Amazon Voucher not received

I have recently moved home and part of the deal I signed up for BT with the refer a friend deal. This deal included a £50 Amazon voucher which states it would be with me within 45 days (or after the first payment of the bill) I joined BT on 31/03/2020 and I received an email saying your voucher is on the way 02/04/2020 however I still haven’t received anything? Can anyone help with this? Thanks

I have a similar issue with a £25 voucher .. both me and my friend have not received the voucher despite him joining BT mid Sept 2020 .. please can you help me too! (I posted a separate comment on this just now to the BT community), cheers, Keith
