Amazon reward voucher not received

Hi, 

Signed up for BT broadband via refer a friend in October and received the message saying we had qualified for the Amazon voucher but as yet neither myself or the referrer have received our vouchers. How do we get these sent out please?

Please check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion:

· Did your friend follow your link and register for the refer a friend offer?

· Is your friend outside of your cancellation periods?

· Have you both paid at least one full bill from the point at which your friend joined us?

As a referrer, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined, or by heading back to this page.

If you've checked that you’ve both met all the terms of the offer but you still haven't received your rewards post back and a moderator may be able to help.

Hi 

Thanks for the message. Yes to all of the criteria; we both qualify and have had the message from BT saying “congratulations your Amazon card will be with you in 30 days”.  That was on 19th October. Neither of us have heard anything since.
