Annoying problem

So I have a problem I want to migrate over to EE from BT I have halo+ top package with BT but I want the upgraded hub and 1.6gbps package from EE is there any point you get option to migrate automatically or is it very much a manual thing 

 

I currently have a debt that I have with EE that I am paying but won't allow me to get any EE products 

 

The debts old now but still not paid up. since I don't think bt is going to be coming out with new router anytime soon I'm stuck. 

 

Any suggestions mod help would be helpful.

There are posts on the forum about moving to EE for 1.6gb connection but that is currently only available to new EE customers and you have to wait until next year when a system is in place.  Having a current debt with EE is not going to help trying to move to EE most expensive package
