Another £50 cashback check chase

Hi guys

 

It's been two months since my service (line, broadband, TV, mobile) was activated and while I've received the Amazon vouchers and reward Mastercard I haven't seen any sign of the cheque..

 

I see there are a few people on here chasing this, and have been waiting longer than I have but from what I've read here and elsewhere it's necessary to pipe up about it.

 

If anyone can help that would be great.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
