Hi, my new broadband package was activated on 23rd Feb and when I tried to claim my £70 reward card I got a message saying my details can’t be found and to try later. I read that you had to wait a while before being able to claim so I did so but kept getting the same message so I filled in a complaint and submitted it and got an acknowledgement.
It is now two weeks later and when checking up in the progress of my complaint (not the easiest of things to do as the site is well hidden) I see that my complaint has not even been reviewed yet!
If BT can find my details to send me my first bill today surely someone can find my details to sort my reward card problem out? Any help welcomed.
