Thank you, i have been emailed by the BT team who have advised me  to keep the appointment with the engineer  tomorrow that i cancelled with the Indian call centre which he confirmed was done yesterday. The BT team said that they didn't want to risk me being cut off again. Now i have no idea if they are coming or not but whatever i won't be home. They advised me to use the BT contact # should i require more help. LOL.
