At my wit's end! BT Game Pass - mod/anyone please help!

Can someone please help me.

This has been going on for many, many months now. My free period promotion of Game Pass ended, but I keep getting billed £12 for it every month. I don't want it. And it doesn't even top-up my Game Pass account anymore either, yet I am still being billed for it every singe month.

Every month I have to resort to going on BT Web Chat, explain the situation, over and over again, each time they tell me it's been removed. I get assured it won't happen again the following month. And it ALWAYS happens again.

 

That's the general problem above, but it's got more frustrating just recently.

Typically I contact BT Web Chat before the bill is due to be paid and get the £12 Game Pass charge taken off before the payment date. On last month's bill though the person didn't actually take it off and I ended up paying the £12. I had to contact them again to tell them about this. I was told I'd get a bank refund of £12, however I then got an email saying it would show as a credit on my next bill, which wasn't what was agreed.

Anyway, my next bill has now come in, and yes it does have the £12 credit applied to this bill. However, this bill also has another £12 Game Pass charge too. For XXXX sake!

What am I expected to do here? Do I seriously have to contact BT every damn month for the rest of my life? I am in a contract with BT but from my perspective I think the contract is void because I keep getting billed for something I haven't asked for, and I'm not even receiving it either, nor do I even want it.

This is around the time I get onto BT Web Chat, but I just can't be bothered anymore. I am fed up with it.

as this seems to just dragging on and on try complaining to consumer resolution team using the email in this link.  they should get back to you and help sort it out  https://www.bt.com/bt-plc/assets/documents/about-bt/policy-and-regulation/our-governance-and-strateg...
