After signing up for Broadband and BT Sport in August, I am still awaiting my free tech gift email (Tablet/Xbox).
I can confirm that my broadband was activated on the 22nd August, so it has been far more than the 30 days specified. I also phoned the help line 9 working days ago and the person I spoke to said I should hear something within 5 working days of that call. I am yet to hear anything back.
It has now been 60 days since the broadband was activated and to be honest, my patience is running a bit thin.
Hope you can help swiftly, as this was one of the deciding factors for me signing up for this service.
