I had an order placed toward the end of May and about 4 days before it was due to be completed, I got an auto cancellation.
It said I cancelled it which I didn't. Since I don't know why it was cancelled, how do I know that the replacement order won''t be auto cancelled again? Is there someone who can explain what happened and prevent it happening again?
