Automatic compensation after cancellation

I was due to be activated on the 23 Feb however it was not ready and after numerous phonecalls I cancelled after being told it would be another 5 days.  My question is am I still entitled to the automatic compensation after being left without broadband for that time?

Hi @Jakkeo  sorry that your order was delayed and that you cancelled when a further delay was given. Have a look at the section on 'What if I cancel my order or service' in Automatic Compensation
