I received a letter from BT : renew broadband : offering Halo2
On logging into 'bt.com/show-bb-offer' I think I got info that browser was out of date, easy to update here ......etc
unfortunately I did not upgrade then, and cannot get this screen again.
I am likely to renew with halo1 without the extra £2 per month. However I still want the browser problem resolved
