I have just received email confirmation that my claim has been accepted. I never did get as far as filling in a claim forms but they have managed to track and trace and confirm my eligibility. 

My thanks go to DanielS and Keith for the support and help.

I was aware that this being a forum my issue may have been heard but not resolved however I am grateful that this could have been taken up on my behalf if necessary.  Great forum, many thanks.
