Hi, I had my bt internet installed on 20/10/2025 after moving from virgin media I have had 2 emails on 12/10/25 , 04/11/2025 saying the bt rewards card had been processed still not yet received anything chased up with purecard they haven’t received any details from bt seem to be getting false information everytime chat to advisor online or by phone.

I also haven't received my £150 reward card! Fibre broadband install was on 24/10/25. Applied for the reward card on 9/10/25. I'm just getting fobbed off with everyone on the live chats and calls telling me I will receive it after 30 days. Then it was 35 days. It's now 53 days!! Purecard have told me they have received nothing from BT and they've raised the issue with them. This was 2 weeks ago at least and nothing back.......
