BT £50 Reward Card Voucher code not received for my Mums contract renewal

Hello,

My mother received an Email to renew her BT Contract around 18th December 2019. She was offered exactly the same contract at the same price, and was told if she ordered it online, she would qualify for the £50 Reward Card.

Based on this she renewed her contract on-line using the link provided.

THE ORDER COMPLETED ON jANUARY 6TH 2020.

However it's been well over 30 days since she placed the order yet still the reward card voucher is not showing up on the system. 

I can upload copies of the following Emails she received on request:

BT Contract Renewal Offer

BT Order Confirmation

BT Order Summary

Please can you advise how we can resolve this to get her reward card?

It would be sent automatically, 14 days after the order closed. It can take up to 30 days to arrive, so I would expect it to arrive very soon, however I will ask a moderator to pick this up, just in case it does not turn up.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
