I signed up for Infinity broadband package on the basis that I would be able to claim a £200 reward card when the installation was complete
The installation took place yesterday and my account shows the order as complete howver when I go to the My Rewards site it states that I am not eligible for a reward.
My order number was VOL**-********

Yes the order was placed online and the order number was the VOL number I originally gave howver there is also a Sales ref no. Z60*********?

I'm really sorry but the order reference Z60 is not eligible for any offers. It shows that the order did not track correctly possibly due to there being multiple browsers open at the same time. Again, I'm sorry but in this case there's nothing we can do to help.
OK well how do I escalate as the only reaosn I signed up was due to this offer and I only have one browser installed on my computer!
Do you know what I am livid. I am sure if you cjeck the day I signed up was teh last day of ther offer which in itslef tells a story.
I think I will just fiel a Small Claim Court summons aginst BT and see how that plays out.
I am able to send a copy of my Chrome History together with a copy of the page that I am taken to if I follow the link that I used on 17th May when I signed up. It clearly takes me to a page showing the current offer of £150 offer (whereas of course at the time it was teh £200 offer). To say that I am not eligible based upon this evidence is ridiculous.
