BT Bill one off charge

I had an issue with BT Mobile upgrade order.  For some reason it was stuck in awaiting dispatch for several weeks.  After a lot emails with BT complaints department.  They managed to cancel the order and redo the order which I then recieved the phone.  The problem I have now is that, I have been charged a one off fee of £130 for the phone when it should of been free.  This has put my bank account into an overdraft and left me unable to pay my other bills.

Hi @JustAmy97  sorry that you had an unexpected charge on your latest bill for your mobile phone and this has put your bank account overdrawn. Please contact the Mobile Billing Chat Team and they will be able to resolve this for you. Post back and let us know how you get on.

Hi @JohnC2 

I have had no joy with the online chat team, they said to ring BT and disconnected the chat before I was able to reply.  The problem I have is that we are going away on holiday so Im only available on email for the next two weeks.  Is there way where I could have this looked into please.  I still have orginal emails from the complaints department who sorted out the issue with the mobile not being dispatched.
